Mainland France
For a single address in mainland France (excluding special rates for Corsica and mountain resorts), please apply the following fee scale (including VAT) for a specialist courier:
- 1–11 bottles: UPS transport fees
- 12 bottles or more: FREE DELIVERY
1 magnum = 2 bottles

MIXED CASE ORDERS
We offer you the chance to create your own mixed (cardboard) case – simply choose from our collection of wines.
Why wait? Make your selection now, adding a minimum of six bottles to complete your order!
Delivery details
Free delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders of more than 12 futures deliverable to a single address in mainland France. Please contact us directly for all deliveries outside mainland France.
Délai de livraison
Wines are shipped within eight (8) working days from confirmation of the order in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale. Shipping times are extended to thirty (30) for orders placed between 15 December and 10 January of each calendar year. This information will be brought to the customer’s attention on the domaine-pichot.com Shop during this period.
Address change
All changes of address (after shipment) will be subject a minimum charge of €25 incl. VAT (re-shipping costs).
Special deliveries
Deliveries can only be made on Saturdays upon special request and will be subject to an additional fee. Please contact us to find out more.
Delivery delays
In the event that a delivery is delayed, customers should inform the EARL JC ET CH PICHOT customer service team so that domaine-pichot.com can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of failure on behalf of domaine-pichot.com, customers will have the right to cancel the sales contract and receive a full refund in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.
Mandatory checks upon receipt
Upon receipt of your delivery, please check the condition of your order and that the correct number of bottles has been delivered.
In the event of missing items or breakages, please note these on the courier’s delivery slip and contact us:
