Le Peu de la Moriette is a medium-dry wine that skilfully combines freshness and roundness on the palate (12 – 24 g residual sugar). This balance makes it extremely versatile and excellent for food and wine pairings. From fish to scallops, the wine is at its most sublime when matched with white meats, such as veal or chicken in a creamy tarragon or morel mushroom sauce.
