L'Électron Libre is a cuvée that represents all the parcels of the domain. This wine is vinified and aged in new 300 liter barrels for a minimum of 11 months before bottling. The balance of this wine allows it to adapt to many situations and to accompany all your meals. Rather a fall and winter wine to be enjoyed between 8° and 10°.
